1. Ensure the wall you want to install the Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar is flat and load-bearing.
2. Using the faceplate of the pull-up bar position where you want to hang the bar. Once level, use a pen to mark the holes on the faceplate.
3. If installing on drywall, ensure you find the studs in the wall by either tapping on the wall to hear the solid sound, or use a stud finder.
4. Using a drill bit size 10mm (0.3937") for softer drywall or 12mm (0.4724") for harder concrete walls, drill the holes where you marked with a pen. Go deep enough to ensure the length of the screws goes all the way through.
5. Use the included anchors, tap them into the holes gently with a hammer.
6. Position the screws in the anchor without the washer and nut.
7. Position the pull up bar over the screws ensuring the screws match up with the holes on the pull up bar.
8. Tighten the bar with the included washers and nuts.
9. Job done, now time for the fun!
