Canceling An Order
If you wish to cancel an order that you have made, please contact us within 2 hours of purchasing. If it has past 2 hours, the product may have already been picked and packed ready to ship making it unable to be cancelled. To check the status of your order you wish to cancel, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 21 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund.
You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on atomicbuys.com in accordance with the terms below:
Does Atomicbuys.com accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly? Yes we accept change of mind refunds, please read on for more information.
Getting A Refund Or To Return The Item
Please note that all payment of refunds and exchanges can only be authorized once the items has been returned to us. If your item has arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a free exchange.
An exchange will be granted after the customer has uploaded pictures or short video with details of why the product is defective and needs to be replaced.
For Change Of Mind Returns:
We require all items to be returned to our warehouse at the buyers expense to receive a refund or exchange on 'change of mind' purchases. Change of mind orders incur a 30% restocking fee.
If you change your mind about purchasing a particular product on atomicbuys.com, you have a full twenty-one (21) days from the receipt of the delivery of your package to do so.
This change-of-mind return policy is effective only for returns that are in their original, unopened state and that have not been used.
To qualify for a return under this policy, you must return the product, including the cellophane wrapping, packaging, and any seals that the manufacturer put on the product when it was originally manufactured.
Meeting these requirements ensures that we can resell the product once it is returned. Your change-of-mind returns that meet these criteria can qualify for a store credit
Returning A Used Product
If the product is not defective and has been used, please be aware that returns may not always be available due to hygiene reasons. Such products include but are not limited to: shower chairs, commodes, toilet frames, hair clippers and shavers.
It The Product Is Broken Or Defective
Where the product is defective or damaged once delivered to you, you will not need to pay for the return shipping costs. A RMA will be provided (Read on for details.) Please keep the package/box the product was shipped in to be used for returning the product back.
If the item you have received is defective or does not work, please provide a few images and or a short video detailing how the product is broken. This will help speed up the refund process.
If you the customer receive a defective product, you are not expected to be out of pocket. So you are entitled to a full refund should you show sufficient evidence that the product is broken or defective.

Requesting A RMA
A return authorization must be requested within 21 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at email@example.com to request and receive an RMA.
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return.
Return Shipping Cost On Change Of Mind Orders
You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 21 days of receipt of RMA.
Returned Product(s) must be in 'new' physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Additional Shipping Costs For Replacement Orders
Orders that have been returned to sender as a result of an incorrect shipping address can be resent back to you the customer. However, do understand that resending a package does incur additional shipping and handling costs.
The additional costs will cover the cost of shipping the product for the second time, along with any fulfilment fees to process the order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a individual quote to re-ship your package.
If We Delivered To The Wrong Address
If the package was not shipped to the correct address because of a error on behalf of Atomic Buys, we will incur the full cost to re-ship the package back to you at no additional cost.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to atomicbuys.com.
If you return the product to atomicbuys.com (a) without a return authorization from atomicbuys.com or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, atomicbuys.com retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
30% Restocking Fee For Change Of Mind Purchases Once Shipped
If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, atomicbuys.com retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor and repackaging a product that is found to be in good condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 21 days from the date of delivery.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
