Where Do We Ship From & What Is The Cost?
All products ship free from the USA in 3-7 business days. There is no additional costs for shipping to addresses in the USA.
Why Didn't My Order Come In One Package?
We ship orders from various warehouses in the United States. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centres in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
What Countries Do We Ship To?
Currently we only ship to the United States Of America (USA), (we do not ship products to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.). The price advertised includes free shipping.
However, due to the security reasons, we cannot ship to all P.O. boxes or military bases. If you wish to ship to a PO Box, please contact us before ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who Do We Ship With?
We ship orders from one of our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA using USPS & DHL mostly and occasionally UPS & Fedex. After your order is processed by our facility we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order
How Long Before We Ship The Order?
Processing the order can take up to 2 business days before being shipped under normal conditions. During peak periods, processing an order for shipment can take up to 5 business days. You should contact us at email@example.com for more information.
How Many Days For Delivery?
All of our items are shipped fast & free right here in the USA. Because we fulfill all of our items from the USA you can expect to receive them on average in 3-7 business days.
*Do Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays. Please allow extra days for these events.

How Can I Track My Order?
We will send you tracking information to the email you provided us at checkout. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 1-3 days after you receiving that email. You can often check your tracking at https://atomicbuys.com/app/trackorder as well.
When Will My Tracking Info Appear?
You should see tracking events within 24-72 hours after you have received the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment warehouse for Atomicbuys.
Why Can't I Track My Order On Your Website
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 1-3 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please try again later.
Why Is The Tracking Details Unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, backlogs etc. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
How Can I Pay?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Shop Pay Google Pay, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
Can I Pay COD?

Canceling An Order
If you wish to cancel an order you have made, it is required you do so within 2 hours of placing the order. Please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours to request a cancellation of your order.
My Product Has a Problem
What to do in 3 steps:
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.

Special Holiday Period Refund Policy Update:
We know how much you love to buy gifts for your loved ones, so we are going to extend our refund policy for any products ordered from November 24 2020 until December 25 2020 a further 21 days.
So If you buy a gift for a loved one today, but at Christmas time, should your loved one decide its not for them, you have until January 15 2021 to return the product.
